Auria’s Malaysian Kitchen chili sambal is delicious….and I love love, LOVE it! I realized I was hooked when I went shopping for foods to go with the mouth-watering chili sambal. It was great with the shrimp and crab of course, but it was sooooo good on the fire-grilled portabella mushrooms, fresh green and yellow squash, roasted red peppers and kale. It added the perfect touch to grilled pineapple, too! With the secret stash that I was able to hide from the other sambal-heads in the house (it’s seriously that good y’all), I’m grilling fresh squid to go with it.A. Williams Binghamton NY
