Shipping policy
Order processing
- Orders are typically processed on Tuesday and Thursday of each week, excluding public holidays.
- Custom, seasonal, or pre-order items may require additional processing time. If an item will take longer to ship, you’ll be notified by email and your order will ship once complete.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is dispatched.
Shipping destinations
- We currently ship to: the lower 48 states of the US. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Carriers
- We ship via USPS and UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking and delivery
- Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships.
- Estimated delivery dates are approximate and can be affected by weather, holidays, and customs processing.
- If no one is available to receive a delivery, the carrier may attempt rdelivery or leave at a secure location per the carrier’s policies.
Packaging
- We ship in protective, moisture-resistant packaging to preserve product quality.
Damaged or incorrect items
- Inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged in transit or an incorrect item is received, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or discrepancy and your order number.
- We will replace damaged/incorrect items at no extra charge or issue a refund per our policy, subject to stock availability.
Returns
- We cannot accept returns on edible goods. If there is an issue with your order, contact us for assistance.

- Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may impact delivery times.
- We reserve the right to update shipping options, carriers, and rates at any time. Any changes will be posted on our site.
