Inspired by her grandmother - her garden, prolific mango trees and delicious cooking -  Auria created this mild mango sambal, the perfect SWICY (sweet & spicy) combination to compliment savory and sweet dishes. 

Featuring single origin spices sourced by Burlap & Barrel, this sambal offers a delicate Cobanero chili heat and zesty notes from  Alphonso Mango Amchur.

Made with Alphonso mango pulp, Mango Sambal brightens up everything it touches with 100% authentic Southeast Asian flavor.

HOW TO USE:

  • Use it as a condiment on the side of a plate of noodles or rice. Pick up a dab with each forkful - you control how much heat each bite needs.
  • Marinade seafoods, poultry and meats - either alone and in combination with other ingredients.
  • To complement the items on a cheese board with savory, sweet & tangy flavors.
